Processing Instructions

The accuracy of the information contained in the database is the sole responsibility of the business owner/representative.  If there are any changes to your contact or registration information, please update this information in a timely manner in order to continue to receiving bid notices and other contracting information from the Unified Government.  Once submitted, the information will be reviewed by Purchasing.  If the submittal is determined to contain adequate information, it will be added to our database.  Documentation may be requested to verify any of the information contained in your registration.

Instructions for Registering Commodity Codes.

Please review the listing contained in the registration for services performed and/or commodities supplied by your company. Click the appropriate 3 digit code then the appropriate 5 digit code which apply to your business.  This information will be entered into our database.  Please login and make the appropriate updates if changes to this list occur.

Certification of Minority Ownership Status

The Unified Government does not accept self certification. If certified, a current copy of certification papers MUST be included for verification. This form may be uploaded with your registration or forwarded to Purchasing by fax (913-573-5444) or email (purchase@wycokck.org). See below for a listing of area certification agencies.
