Vendor Login / New vendor Registration

Current vendors may login to view or update their records

New vendors must sign up for the Unified Government Vendor Database by entering your FEIN# or SSN and creating a password consisting of a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters.  All data entered or updated will be validated by the Unified Government Purchasing Department before being activated for use in vendor selection queries.

 


NEW VENDORS

New vendors must begin the registration process by entering your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)* or SSN, and selecting a password consisting of a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters.  This login information should be kept in your records and shared with all staff who will need access to the form.

Once you proceed past this point, please fill out all relevant form fields completely and accurately to ensure timely acceptance into the vendor selection pool. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay the vendor registration approval process.  In addition, all future logins should take place in the Current Vendor section above.
